Restigouche River Lodge
The Restigouche River Lodge is located in Mann’s Mountain, New Brunswick, Canada. Positioned centrally in the watershed, the lodge owns rights to 3.5 miles of private and exclusive water — from the junction of the Matapedia River in Quebec across to New Brunswick and then to a point over three miles upriver encompassing the shores of both New Brunswick and Quebec. Here, the angler has the opportunity to pursue large Atlantic salmon fresh from the salt on some of the best speyfishing water in eastern Canada. Additionally, from spring into June (and then again in late summer through the end of September) RRL has an additional two miles of adjacent water available to guests. Wading is relatively easy, though some pools may be fished from 26-foot motorized canoes.
